Raynes Park terraced garden

A steep and unusable slope was terraced to make a lawn large enough for footballs, marquees and picnics. The slopes were sown with perennial wildflowers. An elegant pathway and steps to the front door are flanked by fruit trees and deep borders of shrubs and perennials. The terrace around the house was relaid with new stone paving.
