Wimbledon green room

These hospitable clients like to entertain and wanted a garden to accommodate parties, small gatherings and theatre rehearsals. A lot of storage was also needed for a nascent business. The fences and new shed were painted black to make them disappear. It also really makes the plants stand out. The clients’ two Lutyens benches were incorporated into the design. The clients wanted a mostly green garden, enlivened with pops of bright colours.
